The iconic exhaust system with CAPRISTO valve offers the best of both worlds thanks to its ability to produce an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration and a more subdued sound for city driving.

This feature is possible using vacuum-actuated valve flaps that open and close depending on driving conditions and driver input. At lower engine speeds and during cruise operation the valves are closed and produce a deeper exhaust note. With the throttle fully open, the valves open releasing the full symphony of the engine.

The exhaust valves are controlled by back pressure via the Porsche Sport Exhaust control button ( PSE) present in the passenger compartment.

CAPRISTO exhaust systems are designed and manufactured using advanced 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping and CNC bending/milling in our factory in Germany. Each system is made of high quality T309 (1.4828) stainless steel and hand polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this specific alloy was chosen for its sonic resonance, low weight and durability properties which are close to the properties of Inconel (used in F1).

250 Cell Sports Catalytic Converters

These high-performance sports catalytic converters feature a 250 cell per square inch substrate made from premium quality materials. highest quality currently available, designed to improve airflow for your vehicle and increase performance.

The cell count of a catalytic substrate refers to the number of holes per square inch and is a direct indication of the flow capabilities of that substrate. The fewer holes the larger the hole needs to be to fill a square inch, a larger hole subsequently lets more exhaust flow.
