Approved: not approved for road use
Description
The manifold is a fundamental part of the car exhaust system as it is the first element that allows the gases to evacuate from the combustion chamber, therefore the installation of a manifold in the car sized specifically and with a sporting spirit, it allows the engine performance to be increased quite easily. In this case the V6 engine requires the manifold to be a double bank with a 3 in 1 configuration, from which it is then connected to the final. The material used for the construction is AISI 304 steel and the welds, in order to ensure maximum sealing and resistance, are made only by TIG by the expert hands of our operators while the use of tubes with reduced thicknesses, generally 1.2 mm , further highlight the high level of quality and careful attention to weight, it follows that the union of these constructive attentions give the manifold the fundamental characteristic of being remarkably light and resistant to stress as well as extremely performing from the point of performance view. The flanges are produced using numerical control/laser cutting machinery, with absolutely precision drilling, to ensure perfect assembly and guarantee optimal resistance to the high temperatures to which they are subjected. Finally, we would like to underline that design, development, construction and production are operations carried out exclusively within our headquarters and the product enjoys all the characteristics and care of the best Italian artisan tradition.
