Silenced and compensated exhaust with central duck exit stainless steel Aros Porsche 911 Group 4 from 1966 to 1977

Description

The final part of the exhaust has been specifically designed to obtain a more delicate sound without penalizing performance. The use of the compensator allows us to obtain a double result, on the one hand it is possible to have a more harmonious and less grumpy sound while on the other it is possible to obtain greater torque at low revs while leaving the maximum power of the car unchanged. The terminal where the tubes of the two banks converge is maintained with the central duck.

The material used for the construction is AISI 304 steel and the welds, in order to ensure maximum sealing and resistance, are made only by TIG by the expert hands of our operators while the use of tubes with reduced thicknesses, generally 1.2 mm, further highlight the high level of quality and careful attention to weight, it follows that the union of these constructive attention gives the manifold the fundamental characteristic of being remarkably light and resistant to stress as well as extremely high-performance from a performance point of view. The flanges are produced using numerical control/laser cutting machinery, with absolutely precision drilling, to ensure perfect assembly and guarantee optimal resistance to the high temperatures to which they are subjected. Finally, we would like to underline that design, development, construction and production are operations carried out exclusively within our headquarters and the product enjoys all the characteristics and care of the best Italian artisan tradition.
