The material used for the construction is AISI 304 steel and the welds, in order to ensure maximum sealing and resistance, are made exclusively with TIG by the expert hands of our operators while the use of tubes with reduced thicknesses, generally 1.2 mm, further highlight the high level of quality and careful attention to weight, it follows that the union of these construction attentions give the finished piece the fundamental characteristic of being remarkably light and resistant to stress as well as extremely high-performance from a performance point of view. The flanges are produced using numerical control/laser cutting machinery, with absolutely precision drilling, to ensure perfect assembly and guarantee optimal resistance to the high temperatures to which they are subjected. The product is plug&play and the positioning and sequence of the sensors is compatible with the originals to guarantee perfect operation of the engine. Please note that when fitting the manifold without catalyst, modification of the electronic management system is recommended.
