Exhaust Akrapovic Slip-On BMW 8 CABRIOLET M8 01-20

Constructed from high quality lightweight titanium alloys, the Evolution (Titanium) exhaust system has been perfectly tuned to deliver the best aural experience in all riding modes. Through extensive testing and development, Akrapovic sound engineers achieved a deep, sporty sound from the car's turbocharged engine, more akin to that of a muscle car, while keeping it smooth and eliminating any resonance that might get in the way of enjoyment. The full titanium exhaust system is finished with two sets of carbon/titanium tailpipes leading off a central muffler with two valves, one on each side. The housings are cast in-house at Akrapovic's foundry and there is a manifold cast directly onto the tailpipe, where gases from both sides of the engine mix, all designed to create the perfect sound. This plug-and-play exhaust system can be further enhanced with the addition of the Akrapovic Sound Kit to control the exhaust valves and switch between sound modes. Further visual enhancements can be achieved with the addition of the optional handcrafted carbon fiber diffuser and mirror caps, available in matte and gloss finishes to provide an eye-catching accompaniment to match the Evolution (Titanium) line.
