Auto Special Planet, guarantees that the products on sale, are new, never used and free from faults or defects.

Should you find a defect in the products, the customer is required, immediately after opening the package, to report the problem, so as to find immediately the best and most 'quick solution.

We guarantee that the products comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) standards applicable to them, where indicated.

All products sold by Auto Special Planet, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, private customers have a 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Decree 24/02.
To use the warranty, the customer must keep the receipt or invoice.

If ever a product sold by us presents any non-conformities and therefore defects or malfunctions, please contact the phone number +39 3926722887 or by email at info@autospecialplanet.com to evaluate the problem and possible rapid resolution of the problem by avoiding the return of the goods.

For the assessment of non-compliance, it can also be solved by telephone or email with a technician of the manufacturer.

For the goods under warranty, the transport costs are completely free in the ten days after delivery. The return warranty and shipping costs, ten days after delivery of the goods are the responsibility of the customer, while the reshipment will be borne by Auto Special Planet.
